A process to reverse your thinking and your beliefs about “negative” situations or people.

Question

  1. What do I want from this situation/person that I am not getting?
  2. What is the secret emotional payoff I get by not getting what I want? (what negative belief about myself or the world is being “proven” to me by this situation)

Open

  1. Release all thoughts about this situation right now and focus on any form of love that is easy for you to access. (pet, child, friend, nature, etc) that quickly arouses a physical change such as a smile, tingling, warmth, etc.

Ask

  1. Relax in this state of love as you ask and be willing to receive a different perspective of the  situation/person.
  2. Go about your regular activities but be alert for an answer, sign or new insight.
